Shipping Policy

We ship across India from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh through reputed courier partners. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours of confirmation. Typical delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on location (remote PIN codes may take longer).

Shipping is free on every order — prepaid and Cash on Delivery alike. There is no COD handling fee.

Tracking details are sent by WhatsApp, SMS or e-mail as soon as your order ships. If a package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery or note the damage with the courier and contact us immediately — see our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
