About the main ingredients
Shallaki (Boswellia) is a classical Ayurvedic herb traditionally used for joint health and arthritis. Hadjod (Cissus) is traditionally used to support bone and joint health. Salix (willow bark) is traditionally used for pain and fever relief, and Rasna is a classical herb traditionally used for arthritis and rheumatism. Jeera supports metabolism, and Ajwain is traditionally used to relieve gas and bloating.
How to take
Take 1 capsule twice a day after meals. For best results, take it regularly for at least 3 months.
